| It is a system to coat multi-micro dots of thermoadhesive
on lining fabrics by an engraved roller which is made by a computerized
machine. The powdered thermoadhesives are dry bonding agent. The thermoadhesive
coated fabric is larminated with other fabrics by heating and pressing. |

Function
It is a strong thermoadhesive that is spread in multi-micro dots in
uniformity, and strongly bond any kinds of fabrics.
Hygiene
Excellent ingredients and properties of thermoadhesives are not harmful
to the human body at all. As it is an adhesive that bonds fabrics
in multi-micro dots, it forms a breathable lamination with excellent
bond. No odor also allows.
Earth-friendly
It is an earth-friendly process that is free from solvent, pollution
and toxic.

Materials that are bonded in micro dots are good for improving themselves.
Finished surface of materials has an excellent conformity and is very

Yellowing that previously occurred in fabrics in fabrics bonded with
Latex or bond and bleaching and distortion of materials caused by
surrounding environments never happen in materials bonded by thermoadhesive.
